Confused Guy Marries Both Girlfriends Because He Can’t Decide Which One to Marry

As if the preparations for getting married are not challenging enough, one guy had the added dilemma of which girlfriend to pick. He eventually decided to marry them both in the same ceremony that got a lot of netizens scratching their heads.

Netizen Jimmy Jim shared photos taken at his cousin’s wedding at Kampung Bukas, Semporna in Sabah, Malaysia last Friday, September 27, 2019.

In the post, Jimmy Jim explained that the guy had initially fallen in love with just one of the ladies. They had been together for some time; both are from Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.

The still unnamed groom was already engaged to this first girlfriend when he began working at the tourist center where he met the second woman. He also fell in love with her and she would soon become his girlfriend.

But though he’s being blasted for being a two-timer, the guy did not mind because he feels that he loves both ladies. In fact, he loves them both so much that he could not decide who he should marry first.

Since he’s Muslim, he is allowed to marry up to three women. But the usual way is to marry one woman first, then get a second wife with the first one’s consent.

Since he can’t decide who to marry first, even if he knew one of the ladies for a much longer time, this guy thought that the best course of action is to simply marry them both.

It was a wise decision on his part, considering that he’d be spending less by marrying them both at the same time compared with marrying them separately. The guy looks rather pleased with himself in the photos, but netizens were quick to point out that his two wives don’t look happy with the arrangement.

Many netizens predict that the two won’t get along well, but others are hoping that this guy would simply build them two separate homes so they wouldn’t have to spend a lot of time near each other.
