Leopard Pang, 25, who hails from Singapore, went to Australia in 2019 for his studies. He met Gina who stayed in the same uni accommodations at the time.

The two fell in love and, well, the rest was history.

We started dating not long after and I proposed to her in May 2021,” Leonard explained.

Due to COVID restrictions, Leonard’s family wasn’t able to travel from Singapore to Australia. So, the two decided that they’d proceed with a low-key wedding at their favorite hangout.

The entire wedding was reasonably cheap and relatively stress-free. Some of my friends and coworkers were surprised about how carefree we were in the days leading up to the wedding,” he added.

He also explained that they had plenty of fond memories at the place.

Their wedding menu is simple: sausage buns and light refreshments.
