Miss World 2013 titleholder Megan Young and actor Mikael Daez surprised everyone with their wedding announcement on the day of their marriage ceremony in Subic, but the beauty queen would later reveal that they actually had a private wedding attended by just 10 people a few weeks before the grander one.

The couple earned praise for the simple wedding, with many netizens expressing amazement that the two would tie the knot with just 10 people present. It was one of the simplest yet most meaningful weddings that could ever happen, many netizens are sure.
Even their second wedding remained a small, intimate affair attended by their closest friends and family members. It was contrary to what people might expect from the wedding of an international celebrity and an actor.
But Megan was praised anew after homegrown clothing brand Zoo Label shared their surprise that the beauty queen wore one of their gowns.
“What a wonderful surprise, Megan wearing the Baja silk dress on her wedding day. Congratulations to the newlyweds. We’re such fans of your travel vlogs,” Zoo Label wrote, tagging the Instagram accounts of Megan and Mikael.
Netizens were quite happy to learn that the couple spent money on the gown and did not ask for sponsorship, considering they can easily do that because Megan is a celebrity. But netizens were even more surprised and amazed to learn that the gown cost less than Php4,000! While that amount might already be a big number for many Pinoys, such a gown is considered to be ‘inexpensive’ for many celebrities as they could easily get their hands on lavish gowns worth at least Php100,000!

The dress also comes in other colors such as black, emerald, maroon, and light nude, reports ABS-CBN News. That means that this design would also be perfect for a colored wedding dress.
